Your Team
You will be part of a global team which is owning a variety of different roles in the area of Protection&Resilience. The Document Manager role requires close collaboration with IT, Legal and Communications on software, regulatory requirements and communications and the business stakeholders to roll out the document management strategy.
The Impact You Will Have
A Document Manager is establishing and driving a document management strategy and rollout across Allianz Commercial (AGCS) globally. The role is responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, storage and retrieval of documents within Allianz Commercial (AGCS). The role need to ensure that all documents are properly managed and maintained in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. The role requires close collaboration with IT, Legal and Communications on software, regulatory requirements and communication strategy. Regular alignment and communication up to Board level as well as with Allianz group is required.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include
Essential daily duties:
- Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT department to implement and maintain document management software.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to document management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in document management technology.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding document management processes.
Act as Thought Leader:
- Work with Legal, IT and Communications function to determine global communication requirements and develop relevant materials and needed.
- Manage and collaborate with internal and external resources up to board level
Servant leadership and innovation:
- Build an effective global virtual team to collaborate on Document Management.
- Closely collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across Allianz Commercial.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Experience on the Definition and Rollout of a Document Management Strategy
- Experience on the Definition and Rollout of Document Management Standards
- Knowledge of different IT solutions for Document Management
- Communication and presentation: Able to show and display one's thoughts and ideas visually using various tools.
- Project Management: Manage, handle and introduce economies of repetition in project execution through guidance and metrics of project management. Grasps and meets goals quickly.
- Change Management: Collaborate on a method to transition individuals, teams, and the whole organization from a current state to a desired future state.
- Experience on leading virtual teams across several functions and time zones
- Strong Confidence on communication with Senior Executives up to Board level
